Client: Express Employment Location: Elkhart, Indiana Shift: 2nd Shift Hourly Wage: $20.00
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supervising teams, and the ability to maintain efficient and productive operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the 2nd shift team
Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in management or related fields are a plus
