*[JOB SUMMARY: *[Compiles, audits, and tabulates employee time sheets to ensure the production and distribution of bi-weekly payroll and prepares appropriate reports to comply with paying statutory and non-statutory deductions; the focus is on records maintenance, data entry, or other details of public record.

  • High school graduate or equivalent with previous training in record keeping and data entry

  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must have a minimum 2 years related experience
  • Knowledge and ability to operate general office equipment
  • Good typing skills (50+ wpm preferred)
  • Valid drivers license
