Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Molder and Expander Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating molding and expanding machines to produce high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate molding and expanding machines to produce products according to specifications
Set up machines and adjust settings to ensure quality production
Monitor machines and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
Maintain and repair machines as needed
Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand instructions
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to use hand and power tools appropriately
Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
