Catholic Charities Mental Health Practitioner (Day Treatment) 36 hrs/week in Elk River, Minnesota
As the Day Programs Mental Health Practitioner, you are responsible to carry out the clinical program as outlined in the Treatment Plan for Day Students in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. Responsibilities Include: Carries out skills counseling with students as outlined by a mental health professional. Completes all documentation and communication within the established timelines and guidelines. Maintains professional relationships with community resources and providers to collaborate with and refer students to as appropriate. Participates in required program functions including staff meetings, supervisory sessions and Circle of Courage. Provides direct supervision to clients. Initiates professional development by participating in internal and external training and development opportunities.
