Job Title:

Framing or Finish Carpenter

Pay:

20-30/hr

Description:

• We are looking for mid-level carpenter framers for new construction/custom remodel work.

• Job Duties:

o 10% - demo work (cabinets, wall finishing\'s)

o 20% - finish work replacing doors, hardware, casings

o 70% - stick framing

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in carpentry

• Stick wood framing experience.

Worksite Location:

• Elk River, MN

These positions are all full-time with benefits to include:

Performance Expectations:

• Go in on day one and hit the ground running.

• No training, looking for someone who doesn't need training.

• Must be able to work in a group of 3-7.

Work Environment:

• Monday - Friday | 7-7:30 am to 3:30-4:00 pm

• Will be working with 2-3 others on each project.

• Can be on a project from anywhere between 1 month and a year, just depends. Must be comfortable with working outside.

• Typical Sites: St. Francis, Tonka, Princeton, Delano, Ostego
