Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Production Supervisor. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining production throughput in the department in accordance with customer requirements and internal procedures. Shift is M-F, 6a-2:30p.

The hourly rate is commensurate with experience ranging up to $35 an hour, plus OT, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Assist department managers and leads in scheduling and maintaining production and process flow

• Perform contract/flow down review against applicable customer, industry/prime and internal documentation

• Develop processing techniques which meet all internal, customer and standard requirements and specifications

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and inquiries as they arise

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
