Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Lead Industrial Engineers and support production to develop productivity proposals (rebalances, OLOT reduction, throughput improvements). Lead work station set up, ergonomics improvement and problem solving through Industrial Engineer (IE) actions. Implement engineering changes that affect the work station and allocations. Supervise/coach IEs with time study schedules (e.g., MODAPTS). Lead headcount cost savings projects. Supervise monthly tracking of progress in VPOS. Lead cycle line layout. Supervise planning for mix and line speed changes. Lead/manage departmental rolls analysis for weekly manpower meeting to ensure proper labor staffing and the person future model labor development (design, cycle line layouts, future model allocations). Serve as resource for plant IE training/assistance.

Hard Skills

• Bachelors in Engineering

• 5+ years management/leadership role

• Experience with Time Studies

This is a fully on-site position

Work Environment

Climate-controlled processing and assembly facility.
