Job Description:

The Warehouse Director position will perform the following duties:

• Responsible for the coordination and workflow of the warehouse.

• Designs and implements processes and procedures to meet the company’s overall strategic operations plan.

• Directs the ordering and upkeep of products, building, material handling equipment and inventory.

• Supports, builds and continues initiatives for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and associate relations.

• Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensures associates maintain a level of professionalism, competency and motivation through the direction of selection, development and ongoing evaluation. Promotes safety through the re-enforcement of current safety programs, additional programs, safety meetings, proper footwear and clothing, and discussions of workers' compensation costs
