Description

o Invoice daily parts shipments

o Process all internal and external customer requests (via email, & phone)

o Input quotes & orders with accurate price & lead times into the system

o Input returns in the system

o Process all internal service-related parts orders

o Assist supervisor with back order purchasing as needed

o Work with team to manage and coordinate incoming email folders and pending requests

o Utilize all resources to resolve customer requests/issues

Skills & Qualifications

o Associates degree (minimum) or 2+ years similar experience in manufacturing environment

o Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

o Able to function in a team environment as well as independently with little to no supervision

o Strong organization & communication skills

o Phone & email etiquette

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
