Each day in our restaurants presents unique experiences, and no two days are ever the same, but typically, every day involves the following responsibilities:

• Greeting each guest as soon as they enter the restaurant, including impressing them by opening the door for them as they enter and exit the building

• Engaging with each guest in a friendly, humble and genuine manner. This could include

  learning guest’s favorite McDonald’s items and asking them how their day has been going

• Welcome our guests to use our kiosks to place their order and provide assistance as needed

• Take, assemble and deliver orders quickly, accurately, neatly and within the service experience time that Bear Family Restaurant provides and our guests expect

• Prepare gold standard quality product for our guests and adhere to all food safety procedures and quality standards. If it’s not right, don’t serve it

• Inform our guests in a natural, friendly way about promotions and new products that we are offering that they may be interested in

• Being empowered to make it right for our guests. Whether that means providing a completely new order, or working with a member of management to create a winning solution for us and our guests, you are empowered to make it right

• Ensuring that our restaurants are clean, safe and welcoming to our guests

• Saying “thank you” to each of our guests after every interaction, not just every transaction

• Represent Bear Family Restaurants and McDonald’s in a way that is ethical and reflects well on the brand

• All other duties as needed and assigned
