Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The function of the Maintenance Technician is to oversee and perform complex maintenance and repair tasks for machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role involves diagnosing issues, conducting preventative maintenance, managing maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position requires working on a flex 1st/2nd shift.• Hours: 11am-7pm or as needed depending on production needs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on CNC machines, manual machines, and other equipment.

• Oversee and manage maintenance projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Use precision measuring tools and basic hand tools for maintenance tasks.

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and instructions.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC machines and manual machines.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatics and PLC systems.

• Ability to read and define blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Extensive knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

• High level of attention to detail, adaptability, and task prioritization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with robots, automation, and cutting-edge equipment and machinery.

• Knowledge of in-depth electrical wiring and troubleshooting including PLC systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
