What you’ll achieve

As an IT Senior Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.

You will:

• Design specifications for high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers

• Work with clients and business analysts to settle software requirements and system impacts

• Manage projects with small to moderate budgets; may perform in project leadership role and/or supervise the activities of lower-level personnel

• Conduct and supervise production launches and post-launch support, coordinating with geographically distributed teams in conference calls

Essential Requirements

oParticipate in requirement analysis, write scalable, quality code using .NET Framework/.NET Core, support migration to microservices model

oRevise, debug, optimize and refactor the code and develop and deploy software through Agile/XP methodologies

oWrite quality unit and end to end tests and support CI/CD enablement

oProvide technical support on production incidents • Design backend database procedures to support the application using Oracle 12C Skillset

oProven experience in .Net 4.7 Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP .NET, MVC Framework, Web services/WCF, MOSS, developing within any cloud environment

oFamiliarity with SQL server, Oracle (PL/SQL in 12c Environments) and design patterns

oKnowledge of Spring Boot, PCF, RabbitMQ, API Gateway desirable

oDesign and develop new app tier components (Web applications, Web Services, Windows services, .Net APIs)

oStrong software engineering skills, thorough Understanding of Agile methodologies

oFamiliarity with REST and RPC APIs

oWorking experience within a DevOps enabled CI/CD environment using GitLab or any other tools

oBachelor’s degree in computer science

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Experience in testing/coding/IT software and production support
