This internship opportunity will be a chance to be part of the Eli Lilly Italy Site Services Team .
We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Site Services Intern who is eager to work cross-functionally, assisting the Site Services team in a variety of tasks.
This role will support the analysis and the execution of Italian Site Services projects and related activities.
Experience you will gain:
Improved knowledge of the Site Services landscape and processes
Improved site services and project management capabilities
Improve critical skills and medium-term projects
Improve problem solving skills
Activities:
Support Site Services Associate Director in designing and executing new projects
Work in partnership with necessary function and local department on development and delivery projects activities
Support in daily activities and responsibilities connected with General Site Services
Support in managing company nurse
Support in achieving department's annual goals and objectives
Support in reviewing and updating department's procedures
Support Space planning renewal activities
Requirements:
Master Degree in technical field (preferably management engineering)
English fluency (B2/C1)
Excellent knowledge of Office package
Skills required:
Good analytical skills
Project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn in several internal processes
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving
Ability to work in team
