Job Duties and Responsibilities

At Gen Mobile , we reimagine connectivity for all of our customers, delivering high-quality, low-cost wireless services to an undeserved market segment. We focus on bridging the digital divide by offering our cost-conscious customers options to purchase service on a prepaid basis or by applying government subsidies to their account such as the federal Lifeline program. Together with Boost Mobile, the fifth-largest mobile provider in the US, and DISH Network with its first-of-its-kind cloud-native 5G network, we will upend the retail wireless market and create groundbreaking new experiences for all. We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives under the guidance of the SVP of Gen Mobile and the Director of Marketing. This role will also be responsible for leading customer retention strategies in coordinating with operations and will be providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the SVP of Gen Mobil e and Director of Marketing to execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the Gen Mobile brand

  • Assist with coordinating marketing staff and related project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing plans.

  • Working with sales and operations teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and GTM activities

  • Serve as a point of contact for the marketing team, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members at the direction of the Director of Marketing

  • Monitor progress of marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including save offers, e-mail/text campaigns, and promotional campaigns whether via direct consumer outreach or the call center

  • Analyze retention metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve retention efforts

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Marketing

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports

  • Other duties as assigned by the SVP of Gen Mobile and the Director of Marketing

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Industry experience of 5+ years in sales and/or marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams and levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience in customer retention strategies and campaign management is a plus.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,543.00/Year - $137,885.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
