Job Duties and Responsibilities

At Gen Mobile, we deliver high-quality, low-cost wireless services to an underserved market segment. Focused on bridging the digital divide, we offer our cost-conscious customers options to purchase service on a prepaid basis or by applying government subsidies to their account such as the federal Lifeline program.

We are seeking a Senior Creative Lead who will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to design and execute engaging creative content for Gen Mobile . This individual will have a strong design background with the ability to concept, create and bring to life compelling visual artwork that is on-brand and aligns with our target audience. Ideally this individual also has some motion graphics and editing experience for online videos, social media, digital campaigns and beyond. The position reports directly to Gen Mobile’s Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, marketing team, and other designers to create campaign deliverables for digital, social media, retail, and packaging.

  • Research retail trends and design with proficiency in typography, color, layout, and motion graphics.

  • Concept and design layouts for events, trade shows, and retail, ensuring print-ready, industry-standard designs.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.

  • Translate brand guidelines, storyboards, and scripts into impactful print, digital, and motion graphics.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or other relevant field

  • 5+ years Graphic Design and/or Motion Graphics/Animation experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (notably Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects and motion graphics programs a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premier

  • Character animator & 3D Design skills a plus

  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,203.00/Year - $118,881.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
