Job Description
As a member of the Video Investment Team you’ll immerse yourself into the evolving world of Television Advertising . Through hands on experience you’ll grow your knowledge in Media Strategy, Planning, Buying, Implementation and much more.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Development of media plans and trafficking sheets
Maintenance of tracking documents and asset lists
Responsible for maintaining accurate status documents and meeting notes
Effectively coordinate with internal and external client partner teams
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
Assist the team with Point of Views (POV’s) and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
B.A./B.S. Degree
Relevant advertising/marketing college course, internships or prior employment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing and persuasive communications
Proficient with the following computer software/systems: Internet and email applications, MS Office
Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with natural curiosity, strong writing skills and desire to learn paid media.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
