Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in El Segundo, California. The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for providing workstation support and handling training duties. This role is based onsite and will require skills in phone presence and interviewing, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide workstation support, ensuring all necessary tools and systems are in place and functioning properly

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff, maintaining a consistent training schedule

• Handle phone presence tasks such as answering calls, responding to inquiries, and providing necessary information to callers

• Conduct interviews either face to face or via phone or teams, ensuring a thorough and fair selection process

• Maintain TRICARE and NIS systems, providing necessary support and troubleshooting issues

• Ensure onsite tasks and duties are performed efficiently and effectively

• Coordinate with both onsite and offshore teams, facilitating smooth operations and communication

• Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall functioning of the team. Requirements • Proficiency in organizing, managing and maintaining files

• Experience in providing workstation support

• Excellent phone presence for handling calls and communicating with colleagues

• Ability to conduct and assist in interviewing processes

• Capability to work onsite as well as manage offshore tasks

• Knowledge of TRICARE and NIS systems

• Proven experience in training team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using office software including MS Office Suite

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
