FirstLight Federal Credit Union Lending Sales Supervisor - Full Time (40 hrs) - Consumer Loan Center in El Paso, Texas

The Lending Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervision over the credit union’s Lending Sales Specialist team. Duties include, but not limited to, management reporting, projections, and budget goals. Achieves sales and budget goals by increasing production and profitability and controlling expenses. Actively ensures compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures related to consumer lending, and participates in any required training. Recruits, interviews, hires, and manages talented staff, including pro-active efforts to retain employees. Addresses non-performance issues timely while establishing appropriate performance improvement measures. Provides sales training, and individual and team coaching. Maintains in-depth knowledge of FirstLight Federal Credit Union consumer products, policies, and procedures.

Required Experience

Associates degree in business, related field, or high school graduate with equivalent industry experience


Four (4) to Eight (8) years in sales with a minimum two (2) years in the supervision of a sales team. Consumer lending origination and sales preferred.

• Experience developing and maintaining high performing teams.• Experience with selling through outbound calling.• Experience leading a team to meet and/or exceed service goals.• Experience managing processes and/or projects.• Experience developing and implementing training programs.• Experience interfacing with members and/or dealers and external service providers.• Experience identifying, recommending, and implementing efficiencies.

The Lending Sales Supervisor qualifies for incentives based on the teams production.
