TEKsystems Hybrid - Customer Service Representative in El Paso, Texas

We are now hiring in the El Paso area - Hybrid Opportunity!

**4-week training is ONSITE full-time then will switch to a hybrid model (3 days onsite/2 days WFH)

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST; must be open for one Saturday per month. (Schedule is within this timeframe 40 hrs. per week)

Start Date: September 30th, 2024. AND October 2nd, 2024

Placement: 3-month contract (opportunity to be hired on permanently)

Pay Rate: $18/Hr.

Job Description:

  • Taking 30-40 inbound calls a day in a que

  • Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization.

  • Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.

  • Records employee enrollment in benefits.

  • Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.

  • Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk
