Robert Half HR Assistant in El Paso, Texas

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and training records.

  • Support the HR team with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.

  • Address employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related issues, ensuring a positive employee experience.

  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including policy updates and employee announcements.

  • Assist with performance management processes and maintain documentation related to employee evaluations.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR management software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
