As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.

You will also be tasked with carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs to rebuild various plant and process equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment.

This role requires you to repair, rebuild, and replace hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and understand flow controls.

A strong mechanical and electrical inclination is required.

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The work environment can vary, with different areas being either hot or cold. You will work on a rotating schedule with shifts from 6pm - 6am. Off days will be rotated between Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday, and Friday/Sunday. You will work 7 days on, with 2 days off, and enjoy one 4-day weekend off per month.
