Insight Global Customer Service Representative (Chat Team) - SBS in El Paso, Texas

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the El Paso area -- This person will be corresponding on the online chat portal, they may answer general inbound and, when needed, places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound messages and calls and emails relating to general payroll inquiries. Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of the company, services, and products.

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of customer service experience

Experience multi-tasking in chat function or via phone

Must be empathetic - do not want individuals who come from transactional csr roles

Professional

Sharp with great written and verbal skills null
