Parkhill, Smith and Cooperisa West Texas Regional Consulting Engineering Firm, is currently seeking an Environmental Engineer to fill a design andproject managementposition inEl Paso, Texas.
We are seeking a candidate with a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a minimum offour years' experience as a consulting engineerin the water and wastewater field. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have strong communications and relationship building skills and at minimum hold an E.I.T. certificate. Candidates holding aTexas PE licensewill be preferred.
The candidate in this position will be accountable for managing projects, conducting studies, developing alternatives, writing reports and developing final designs for water and wastewater related projects.
