Responsibilities:

· Great customer service skills

· Administrative tasks such as provide administrative support the CEOs such as correspondence, records & file keeping, research, etc.

· Event planning

· Welcoming guest

· Gather the mail

· Follow up with vendors and donations, and donors (some outbound calls to donors)

· Create reports of donors

· spreadsheets in excel

Requirements

Three must haves!!! Detailed oriented, Tech savvy, Understanding of Excel
