BG Products, Inc. located in El Dorado, Kansas manufactures vehicle fluids for a network of distributors worldwide.

Work as part of ateamof employees.ProductionMaintenanceTechnicians IIwill be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs associated with production packaging and support equipment.

We are looking to fill 1^s^^t^shiftpositions. Some of the responsibilities of this role are:

• Perform service/installation of equipment utilizing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support.
• Ensure first hour efficiency after a changeover is optimal and call backs are minimized.
• Evaluate OEM preventive maintenances (PMs) are adequate for the operating environment; assist with further development of PMs and predicative maintenance models of performance.
• Ensure new and existing equipment is evaluated for safety of operation.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) properly performs all necessary maintenance tasks to three production lines (changeovers, component replacements/repairs/rebuilds/modifications).
• Assist with inventory of spare parts and ensure accuracy of parts checked out.
• Assist with SOP and procedural generation as required.
• Troubleshoot fluid transfer systems and ensure performance is optimal.
• Clean work areas and maintain organization with supplies, tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication in the event substantial downtime is realized or modifications are performed to equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot AC/DC VFDs, electrical components as needed.
• Comply and participate with BG safety and quality guidelines.
• Participate in all training and educational activities.
