Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting Division is seeking is seeking a temporary Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a wonderful and well-known nonprofit organization for a 3–4-month maternity leave!

This is organization is near and dear to many and is offering a hybrid and flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The temporary employee will be responsible for the following tasks:

• QuickBooks entry and maintenance, including recording financial transactions.

• Managing accounts payable and receivable, including sending invoices and processing payments.

• Updating and maintaining budget spreadsheets.

• Assisting with financial reports and reconciliations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other staff members.

• Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Computerized Accounting System)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage the Annual Budget

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience with QuickBooks
