Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Clerical Worker:

• Answering phones: Answering phones and providing information to callers

• Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings and business trips for clients

• Filing documents: Maintaining and updating filing systems

• Data entry: Entering data into computers using a keyboard or voice recording

• Creating records: Creating and updating records and databases

• Sending and receiving mail and email: Checking and sending mail and email

• Photocopying and scanning: Making copies and scanning documents

• Researching: Gathering information for projects by phone, email, letter, or in person

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of Excel and some bookkeeping preferred

• Flexible and willing to learn

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Background check and drug screening required
