Your Role:

• Support Philips’ ESG Ambitions: Develop and execute sustainability projects for Philips businesses, markets, and functions.

• Project Variety: Engage in strategy development, implementation support, training, and education.

• Collaborative Environment: Work with businesses, markets, and technical professionals in Life Cycle Assessment, supply chain, and eco design.

• Skill Growth: Enhance your consultancy, project management skills, and technical expertise.

You will join an Innovation Engineering team of 40 highly skilled professionals in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Operations Management. At Philips Innovation Engineering, we have invested in our team of sustainability consultants and experts who help Philips businesses, markets, and functions bring sustainability to life. We collaborate closely with Philips’ central Sustainability Office, Philips Design, and Research.

You're the Right Fit if You Have:

• A master’s degree in Sustainability Sciences or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience driving sustainable practices in businesses and markets.

• Expertise in a consultative way of working, including acquiring new projects, and strong diplomatic and commercial skills in customer relationships and project management.

• Experience in the high-tech or health-tech industries is a plus.
