What roles are we looking to fill?
Deli Manager
Role Requirements
Coach, lead, and mentor your team
Ensure proper training of all team members
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
Well-organized with attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
Competence in administrative tasks, including record keeping and documentation
Capacity to identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
Understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to assist in stock control
Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the needs of the store, willingness to work evenings and weekends
