We’re growing our teams and business in our newly acquired manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma. This former pet treats factory, bordering Kansas and Missouri–sitting just over an hour away from Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO–was selected for its current and future pet treats production capabilities and shared commitment to quality and safety. Position Summary

As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will maintain the purchasing functions for stock, non-stock, consumable, and specialized parts for the Maintenance and Production teams. You will be responsible for purchasing all CAPEX and other manufacturing-related purchasing, as well as maintaining minimum stock levels and inventory in the storeroom. You’ll also manage new and existing vendor relationships.

• Order stock, non-stock and special parts for Maintenance, CAPEX, and other groups

• Process, print, and review all purchase orders, expediting as required

• Aid in cost control by compiling maintenance management costs, adhering to competitive bidding practices, and identifying opportunities for parts standardization

• Inventory and reconcile parts, investigating any variances

• Report on storeroom metrics including out of stock, overmax, inventory accuracy, etc.

• Utilize SAP for the majority of functions including setting up new parts, issuing purchase orders, reviewing inventory, etc.

• Support Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Technicians in parts staging and kits for preventative maintenance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 1+ year experience in maintenance procurement, supply chain, inventory control in a manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or military environment

• SAP experience required

The approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 to $63,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
