Job Title: Job Captain

Job Description

We are seeking a Design Lead with extensive workplace project experience. The ideal candidate will mentor and lead a team of designers through the entire lifecycle of projects. This role may involve some business development activities and requires strong client-facing skills to maintain client relationships. The candidate must also be capable of performing hands-on design work.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Edina, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid (Monday and Friday work from home, in office Tuesday through Thursday). Design/build environment with construction in house. Office size of 12-13 people.
