Description

We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team based in Deer Park, New York. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing their applications, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process new contracts and sales using Netsuite.

• Keep accurate records of customer credit and update files with issued invoices.

• Collaborate with the sales department to stay updated on the status of clients' accounts.

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors during the billing process in line with company standards.

• Record and post customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.

• Support in general financial management and analysis.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Computerized Billing

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently

• Experience using NetSuite software
