Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Analyst (Facets Claims) for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst with experience in working with Facets claims to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and providing insights into Facets claims data, driving operational efficiency and contributing to the improvement of our claims processing systems. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Facets claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain data extraction and reporting processes for Facets claims data. Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of Facets claims data. Work closely with data engineers to optimize data extraction and transformation processes. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues related to Facets claims data. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to claims processing. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Facets claims processing and analysis. Required Basic Qualifications: Proven experience working with Facets claims, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex claims data. Proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights and reports. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
