Job Summary Beacon Hill's client based out of Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a Sales Analyst to assist with the execution and enhancement of field programs, contributing to channel objectives including distribution, direct sales, and strategic accounts. This role involves analyzing market data, managing sales leads, and developing reporting mechanisms to drive performance and growth across North American sales teams. The position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in channel development and organizational growth initiatives. The ideal candidate needs to have 3+ years of business development experience. This hybrid opportunity in Eden Prairie, MN is a direct-hire placement. Essential Job Functions Strategy Development: Assist in defining strategies and parameters to create growth opportunities based on market data. Sales Lead Management: Oversee processes to drive sales leads to the field team and make recommendations to improve data collection and processes. Data Reporting: Develop and manage data reporting for field programs to showcase results and identify areas for improvement. Incentive Programs: Aid in creating internal and customer incentive programs to boost growth and performance across the sales team. Sales Incentive Monitoring: Monitor and communicate the results of sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with performance goals. Process Improvement: Lead and refine processes for sales through leasing partner transactions, recommending enhancements for ease of execution for sales teams and partners. Leasing Partner Reporting: Develop reporting tools for visibility into sales processed through leasing partners. Channel Program Management: Assist in reviewing, renewing, and executing annual channel programs. Demo Fleet Management: Help maintain the North American demo fleet inventory and assist with demo storage facilities lease renewals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams on communications that impact channel customers and share divisional solutions for North American leverage. Operational Support: Provide support to sales managers in executing, improving, and managing current and new initiatives and business processes. Ad Hoc Requests: Address ad hoc requests that align with North American priorities and drive sales performance. Qualifications

  • Education: bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Three to five years of business development experience preferred.
