Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager with strong experience in both fieldwork and office-based tasks, particularly in conducting and reviewing Phase I and Phase II assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and property owners to investigate land and properties prior to transactions. Responsibilities include managing field staff conducting inspections and data collection, as well as assisting clients in writing environmental grant proposals.

Hard Skills

  • Environmental Engineer degree or Environmental Scientist degree

  • Geology degree (considered)

  • Experience in Phase I and Phase II assessments

  • Report writing

  • 10+ years of field and project management experience

Soft Skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team

  • Effective communication with clients and team members

  • Flexibility in work schedules

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

Our company is a small, flexible team of about 7 people, located in a shared office building in Eden Prairie. The team includes both office-based and field-based staff. We value flexibility and work-life balance, allowing different schedules as long as the work is completed and clients are satisfied.
