As Director, Formulary Products & Innovation, you will provide strategic and operational support for key formulary initiatives and product offerings. Position to provide end to end implementation and execution leadership for applicable initiatives. In this capacity, you will partner with supply chain, clinical, product and operations partners to develop, execute and manage key formulary products & initiatives. This role requires knowledge of the PBM business and operations, strong cross functional collaboration and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive, articulate and effectively communicate cross-functional strategies to a variety of audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Driving development and execution of key formulary initiatives and offerings to meet client and market demand

  • Serving as the end to end program lead for all functional aspects of solutioning and execution of key formulary initiatives, in concert with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners

  • Directs cross-functional teams fostering relationships with matrix stakeholders, ensuring commitment and support to solving large complex business opportunities

  • Provides regular organizational and executive level updates on the projects to all the impacted stakeholders ensuring alignment around next steps and known risks

  • Establishes, cultivates, and maintains strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external constituencies

  • Presents to executive leaders on the key business initiatives updating them on the progress and risks surrounding the critical priorities

  • Communicating about key formulary initiatives or products to internal and external audiences

  • Support the training and alignment of cross-functional partners and operations, and development of cross-functional processes to support new initiatives

  • Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition for formulary offerings

  • Manage cross-product projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing

  • Supports cross-functional formulary management and innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) providing strategic and operational support for key initiatives and offerings

  • Experience with pharma pricing and reimbursement methodologies, and PBM strategy and operations

  • Proven track record of managing complex initiatives and collaborating effectively cross-functionally with key business partners

  • Proven leadership with the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across all levels of leadership, and effectively manage conflict resolution

  • Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of leadership

  • Experience developing and delivering formal presentations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
