Robert Half Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role primarily revolves around the coordination of operational activities within our organization. You will be expected to execute tasks efficiently and with quality, adhere to office and company policies, and standard operating procedures. Operating in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, and scheduling appointments in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond promptly and effectively to customer and carrier requests.

• Document events and decisions, utilizing knowledge gained through SOPs and prior experience.

• Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction, escalating questions or requests when necessary.

• Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to our standards.

• Maintain a focus on quality and efficiency while executing tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of programs to maintain and organize information.

• Provide shipment information to relevant parties as required.

• Invoice tasks and services accurately and in a timely manner.

• Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment, contributing to creativity, innovation, and business growth. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and communication

• Previous experience in office functions, operations, and procedures

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage invoice processes

• Experience in training staff and ensuring quality in all operations

• Familiarity with shipping functions and time management

• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and prioritize work

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of company policies and standard operation procedures

• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and ability to contribute to business growth

• Knowledge of discrimination laws, affirmative action plan, and EO/IR systems

• Experience in a call center environment would be advantageous

• Ability to load data accurately and efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
