Our fast-growing client in the West Metro is looking to add an Assistant Controller to their team. This individual will handle the day-to-day accounting functions but also get to support the acquisition of other companies. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or related field

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable

• Proven experience in corporate accounting is essential

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills.
