As the Commercial Insurance Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible to execute on Bremer\'s commercial insurance sales strategy across our footprint of Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. The sales leader manages a team which includes commercial insurance advisors and supporting functions such as insurance marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direction to the commercial insurance sales team and the insurance marketing team thru coaching, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. Partner with the Commercial Client Managers and Supervisors to ensure a cohesive and exceptional experience for new and existing commercial customers. Grow our sales talent pipeline. Develop relationships enterprise wide with internal bank partners as you make joint calls and maximize insurance and bank revenue. Promote a sales, relationship, and customer service focused culture. Develop sales goals, analyze sales production data, identify effective sales strategies based on the unique style, motivations, and skillsets of each member of your team, and guide employees to achieve objectives. Conduct regular sales meetings to drive consistency, identify opportunities, and develop and deliver training for continued development and learning. Serve as a member of the Bremer Insurance leadership team influencing the strategic direction of the business line.
