CLEARWATER ASSISTED LIVING LLC Adult Family Home Caregiver - Weekends in EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin

Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Safe work environment Growth opportunities We are currently looking for a caregiver to work every other weekend 8am - 10pm with the ability to work weekdays 4pm-10pm as needed at our Adult Family Homes located in Chippewa Falls, WI and Eau Claire, WI. Requirements: Must have a valid driver\'s license with an insurable driving record Must be 18 years or older Previous caregiving experience (Preferred) Must be able to pass a Caregiver background check Responsibilities: Ability to develop a strong rapport with the clients. Follow the Individual Care Plan (ICP) for the clients. Administer medications if needed. Able to think ahead and be proactive. Inform others when client is absent from residence or needs medical attention; support the plan of care as determined by the client\'s treatment team. Respond appropriately when emergencies or elopement occur.
