Join our team as a Machine Operator and work with advanced woodworking machinery to produce high-quality cabinet parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate woodworking machines

• Follow safety rules and wear PPE

• Read work orders and ensure proper setup

• Verify machine performance and maintain quality standards

• Cross-train on various machines and departments

Requirements:

• Good communication and listening skills

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

• Experience with woodworking machines

• attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to work overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and walking

• Ability to lift 30-60 lbs; team lift as needed

• Comfortable working in diverse conditions
