Licensed Practical Nurse - 283936 Job Description Employer: Arbor Associates Location: Easthampton, Massachusetts Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available Shift: Second shift The Opportunity We\'re seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at an adult behavioral group home in Easthampton, MA. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment, providing critical care to adults with various behavioral and medical needs. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents\' health status and behavioral patterns Assist with daily living activities and promote independence when possible Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care Respond promptly to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Job Requirements Qualifications Current LPN license in Massachusetts Experience in behavioral health or long-term care settings preferred Knowledge of g-tube care and management Strong communication skills, including experience with nonverbal patients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Arbor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
