Job Summary It's an exciting time to be part of IFF! We are looking for our next Regional Product Manager to oversee our Texturants business portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for profitable sales growth for assigned product groups in North America. Translate global product strategy into regional execution plans by category/ industry. Translate value propositions into market opportunities, co-drive pipeline, and support account managers in converting prospects. Represent the portfolio in Category/ Industry Growth Teams: Communicates agenda, and priorities and 'sells' market opportunities to secure support. Provide clear guidance to Sales on priorities. Execute regional pricing strategy Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Food Sciences/Chemical Engineering/Business or related field (MBA is preferred) 5+ Years' experience in the food industry/formulation w/ P&L responsibility. 5+ Years' experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred Willing and able to travel up to 20%. Marketing skills and ability to 'switch hats' between marketing and sales perspective. Analytical skills and financial plus technical acumen. Opportunity and results orientation with a can-do attitude ('someone who gets stuff done'). Prioritization, complexity management, and ability to communicate choices. Influencing and interpersonal skills in a matrix organization. Ability to build strong relationships in virtual and remote cross-functional teams.
