Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Third Party Relationship Manager to join our team in South Brunswick, NJ. You will be responsible for the execution, monitoring and compliance of the manufacturing and supply agreements set forth between IFF and our IFF Partner (Pharma). #LI-Hybrid Job Responsibilities: Carry out the terms and conditions as set forth in the Operating Services Agreement, Product Supply Agreement and Product Manufacturing Agreements between the IFF divestiture to the IFF Partner. Proactively manage all financial, quality and contract disputes between both parties. * Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners Identifying potential risks within contracts and proposing mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests. Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed Maintaining a centralized contract repository, tracking contract renewals and expiration dates, and managing contract amendments and modifications. Collaborating with legal counsel on complex contract issues and ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations Provide monthly updates on manufacturing and supply agreement activities to the PLT. Travel may be required once a quarter. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar field 7+ years' experience in a Contract Manufacturing or Plant Management (food/pharma industry) role.
