Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As an expert in using data to train models, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing machine learning systems that automate essential processes for a variety of applications. Your work will have a direct impact on how industries like e-commerce, finance, and healthcare integrate AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, training, and optimization of machine learning models used for tasks like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting.

• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts to understand requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.

• Design and implement data pipelines for gathering, processing, and analyzing large datasets.

• Work with cutting-edge ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and techniques (transfer learning, reinforcement learning, etc.) to continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, scalability, and deployment.

• Automate end-to-end processes using AI and ML models, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.

• Conduct A/B testing and other validation methods to assess model performance and fine-tune parameters.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Expertise in training models for image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting.

• Proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Experience with data wrangling and building data pipelines using tools like SQL, Apache Spark, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment and scaling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience with advanced techniques like reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, or transfer learning.

• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing.

• Experience with model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow Serving).

Pay Details: $26.75 per hour
