How will you make an impact in this role?
Create digital experiences that enhance our customers’ lives at every touchpoint.
Support the Product Manager in defining new product features, scope, and functions, driving innovation and iterative value delivery.
Serve as Product Owner, using data, external evaluation, customer analysis to help create world class digital products for our colleagues
Partner with the product team, engineering & vendors to define user stories, and conduct user testing
Collaborate with internal teams to shepherd your product from ideation to delivery advocating to create the best outcomes
Coordinate across teams to launch features
Obtain feedback on the product, using data, analytics, and customer input, to iterate and drive improvements in future releases
Support the development of product roadmap and prioritize the backlog
What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Product Owner in the Digital Strategy & Capabilities team, you will be fully engaged in the CEG transformation as we continue to learn and grow into a strong product-based organization. Your products will include systems, services and capabilities that are crucial elements in connecting colleagues to the company, and ensuring great colleague experience throughout colleague lifecycle and moments that matter. You will work within a cross functional product team to ensure your products are built and enhanced with an exceptional colleague experience at the forefront; you’ll be using colleague insights to inform your strategic roadmaps and key success metrics to measure your team’s progress. You will support defining and prioritizing product features, articulate and deliver requirements, lead customer testing, take new capabilities to market, and evolve the product backlog. And in conjunction with your product team, you will shepherd your products through their entire product lifecycle using product management best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, able to empathize with colleagues, and skilled at articulation of product functionality

Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to make connections and find opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product management, product ownership, or similar role
Experience with system integrations
Experience with Agile delivery
