Job Title: Restoration Technician

Job Description

Local restoration company seeks dedicated candidates to assist with job site clean-up and restoration projects, including water damage, wind, and fire restoration. Candidates will work with a crew of 2 to 3 individuals to demo properties damaged by water, fire, or wind. Daily duties include cutting walls, carrying equipment, drywall finishing, and water mitigation. The majority of projects are in residential communities, with some larger commercial projects. Work hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, with meetings starting at 8:00am and travel to job sites immediately after.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The work environment includes residential and commercial properties that have been severely damaged. Candidates will work closely with a small team of 2 or 3 individuals. Proper safety attire such as jeans, steel toes, high-viz shirt, hard hat, gloves, and eye protection is required. Occasionally, a full hazmat suit and respirator may be necessary depending on the project scope.
