The Field Service Engineer I, East Rutherford, NJ has expertise in a specific area of engineering technology, Water Purity, Softeners, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Deionized water (DI), Sterile Processing Department (SPD) (Surgical tool cleaning) . They focus on specialized tasks and provide in-depth technical support for complex Water Purity projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Engineering Expert engineer responsible for configuration of complex customer solutions and coordinates the activities of teams in completion of projects: Water Purity systems, Softeners, ROs, DI, SPD

Expert in the Water Purity field

Drive some strategic customer relations.

Drive value creation in the business.

Team lead & mentors engineers.

Able to evaluate risk & minimize business impact. - And May conduct and supervise experimental investigations of new materials

Effectively presents and explains engineering concepts both orally and in writing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

BS/BA degree in Engineering; master's degree preferred.

8-15 yrs. of Water Purity systems, Softeners, ROs, DI, SPD experience

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Strong knowledge of operational processes as defined in work area.

Strong understanding of business acumen.

Excellent communication skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Personally Assigned Vehicle for professional travel

(TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION) 20%

Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions

Salary range:

$107,100.00 - $192,800.00
