Senior Coach
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Coach to lead our team of Instructors and students in the disciplines of Ninja. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and mentoring athletes to reach their full potential. Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to variety of ages and skill levels - Provide guidance and instruction to students on techniques, strategies, and rules - Motivate and inspire instructors and students to excel both individually and as a team - Manage schedules, classes, competitions - Monitor and evaluate student performance to identify areas for improvement - Ensure the safety and well-being of all students/athletes during class sessions and competitions - Collaborate with coaches and support staff to enhance overall program performance -Some administrative work is required (answering phone calls, emails, gathering content for social media, etc) Requirements: - Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in disciplines such as martial arts, basketball, judo, karate, swimming, gymnastics or cheerleading - Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques when working with athletes of all ages - Background in physical education or related field is preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff - Willingness to obtain coaching certification as required This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on athletes' lives while fostering a positive environment.
