- Training staff to provide quality customer service, including greeting guests, recommending food and drink, and describing specials
- Walking the floor and addressing any issues related to appearance and cleanliness
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Hiring and training new floor employees.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Coordinating activities with the kitchen
- Creating schedules and processing time-off request
